# Momentum

> Connect Momentum to Minoa with an API key.

Connect Momentum and Minoa pulls your call transcripts into every business case. Momentum authenticates with an API key you generate in Momentum and paste into Minoa.

  You need admin rights in Minoa to connect, and Minoa connects one recorder at a time. Disconnect any current recorder first.

## Connect Momentum

  <Step title="Get your Momentum API key">
    In Momentum, generate an API key. See the [Momentum API access docs](https://docs.momentum.io/api-access) for where to find it.

  <Step title="Paste it into Minoa">
    In Minoa, go to **Settings → Integrations**, click **Momentum**, and paste your API key.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the sync">
    Save to start the sync. Your recent calls show up in the context panel of your accounts and deals within a few minutes.
