# Your Minoa Homepage

Switch between your accounts and your opportunities. Group by what matters this quarter, filter it down, sort it, then save that arrangement as a view you come back to tomorrow. Views are yours. Two reps covering the same pipeline can work from completely different cuts of it.

The first two minutes of your day should tell you where to spend the next two hours. That's what this page is for.

## Build the view you work from

Everything on Home is driven by four controls in the toolbar: the entity dropdown, group, filter, and sort. Set them once, save the result, and Home opens that way every time.

### 1. Pick accounts or opportunities

The dropdown at the top left switches between your open pipeline and your accounts.

* **Opportunities** is the deal-by-deal view. Use it when you're working a quarter.
* **Accounts** is the coverage view. Each row carries industry, owner, benefit, and how many open opportunities sit underneath it. Use it when you're planning where to spend your week.

### 2. Group

Grouping is what turns a flat list into a plan. Group opportunities by stage to see where your pipeline is bunched up. Group by owner if you're a manager covering a team.

Stages follow your own CRM's pipeline order, not ours. If your stages are numbered or sequenced in Salesforce or HubSpot, that's the order you'll see here.

### 3. Filter

Narrow to what you're responsible for. Filter by opportunity owner, stage, and the CRM fields your admin has mapped.

The opportunity owner list scrolls. If your team is large, keep scrolling past the first few names.

### 4. Sort

Sort by any column in the table. Benefit and CRM amount are the two most people reach for.

### 5. Save it

Once the view looks right, save it. Named views live in the dropdown and are private to you. Nobody on your team sees or edits your views, and you don't inherit theirs.

Build the two or three you actually use. A "closing this quarter" view and a "no business case yet" view will cover most of your week.

## What's on a row

### Signal

The Signal column tells you what needs attention on a given row without opening it. Hover any marker you don't recognize and you'll get a one-line explainer.

Treat Signal as a prompt, not a verdict. It points you at the deal. You still decide what it needs.

### Stage color

Every stage carries a color so you can read grouping at a glance. Colors are set per tenant. If yours look wrong, that's an admin setting, not a bug. See **For admins** below.

***

## Search

Search covers your entire tenant, not just the rows currently loaded on the page.

This is different from how Home used to behave. If you're looking for a deal that sorts well down your list, or one that belongs to someone else, search will find it. You don't need to filter your way toward it first.

***

## The totals bar

The bar at the bottom sums benefit and CRM amount across everything currently in view. Change a filter and the totals change with it.

If your pipeline spans more than one currency, check the tooltip before you quote the number. It explains how the aggregation was done.

***

## Create from Home

The moment you spot a deal that needs something, start it. The Create button gives you three options:

* **Business case**
* **Document**
* **Survey**

You don't have to find the opportunity first. Pick what you want to build, choose the account or opportunity in the modal, and the deal context comes with you into the builder.

This replaces the older routes into business case and document creation. There is one way in now instead of three depending on where you happened to be standing.

***

## Set your default view

Your role determines what Home looks like the first time you land on it. An AE opens to their own open pipeline. A leader or a value engineer starts somewhere different.

You can change your role at any time under `/welcome`, and you can override the default entirely by saving your own view.

## For admins

**Stage colors.** Adjust the color assigned to each of your CRM stages in the Settings tab. This applies to everyone in your tenant.

**What people can filter on.** Home filters are built from the fields you've mapped in Salesforce integration settings. If your team is asking for a filter that isn't there, check the mapping first. It may just need to be synced.

***

## What moved

A few things that used to live on Home are no longer there:

* **Your personal stats** are gone.
* **The activity timeline** is gone for now. A signal throughline that carries a key event from notification all the way through to the document is in design.
* **Recent business cases** no longer appear on Home. Recently viewed still lives in the left navigation.

***

## Not yet

Being straight about what's missing so you're not hunting for it:

* Filtering by region, territory, or segment
* Filtering by whether a value story or document exists on an opportunity
* ARR on account rows
* Recently viewed as a saved view
* Bulk actions across selected rows

All of these are on the list. If one of them is blocking how your team works, tell us which and we'll weight it.
