# New Business Case Builder User Flow

When you first create your business case, you're directed through a two part flow: Use Case Selection and Input Selection.
Minoa looks at information it can find from the web, the context you provide, and your company's value framework to surface relevant use cases/solutions for your customer.
With the new Builder Flow, we show you more context as to why Minoa is surfacing certain use cases and inputs.
**Use case suggestions come with a reason.** When Minoa surfaces a use case, it's tied to something specific: a call transcript, a CRM field, a customer doc. You're not picking off a generic menu. You're seeing what the agent found and why it thinks it's relevant.
**Every input has a source.** No more mystery numbers. Minoa pulls inputs straight from call transcripts, CRM records, relevant information from the web, and customer docs. We also flag any assumptions and give you a preview to the calculated benefit.
**Need to adjust your inputs and use cases?** As you continue your conversations with customers and build your business case, you can adjust the use cases and inputs manually or ask the Minoa Agent to help you.
