# Slide Export Agent (Beta)  

**Decks built on your value framework, not a generic AI guess.**

New in Minoa. The Slide Export Agent turns any business case into a branded deck. Tell the agent what deck you need for this customer, and it builds it from your value framework, your benchmarks, and the business case you already have. \

# How to use the Slide Export Agent

When you're done building your business case, there are 3 ways you can use the agent to export a customer ready deck. \

### Start with a template your admins uploaded and customize with the Slide Export Agent

\*\*1. Select 'Export' on the left hand side navigation tab (note that the video shows a top view way to export - the functionality has been consolidated to the left navigation tab) . \*\*

\*\*2. Select a template. These templates are managed by your admins. \*\*

**3. Make sure the AI slide generation is toggled to the right. If you don't see it, do a hard refresh**

**4. Agent will walk you through what the template will output. Generate as is or tell the agent what you want.**

\*\*5. Wait a few minutes for the deck to generate. Feel free to work on other value stories, business cases, or something else while you wait. \*\*

\*\*6. You can continue to prompt the agent to customize/tweak as you see fit. \*\*

You can ask it to add additional slides or narratives. You can also ask the agent to check the numbers once more. Also, you can even upload a file and asked it to incorporate the data into the deck, such as trend lines or a pricing proposal.

\*\*7. Export to Google Slides when you are ready \*\*

###  Upload a file, ppt, pdf as in inspiration for your deck output

Follow Steps 1-4 above. You can then add a file directly to the slide export agent and instruct it to add an additional slide based on the file you uploaded or output an entire deck inspired by your file, image, pdf, or deck.  \

 If doing the latter, instruct the agent if you want any slides to remain static or as is. \
\
The more prescriptive you are, the better.

### Know exactly what you want to build? Skip the export flow entirely and use the Business Case Agent if you know.

On the right hand side, you'll see the Business Case Agent. Don't see it? Click the teal star symbol towards the top right.

Ask the agent to build a specific output/deck.  The more prescriptive you are, the better. You can also upload files to add additional context or ask the agent to create a deck based on the file you uploaded.
