Sign in with Email and Password
If you received email/password credentials, you can access Minoa at app.minoa.io/login and sign in using your email address and password. After entering your credentials, you’ll be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure your account.Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a one-time password in addition to your email and password when you sign in.MFA is required for email/password login and helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
Step 1: Scan the QR Code
After signing in, you’ll see a screen with a QR code. This code contains the information needed to set up your authenticator app.Step 2: Choose Your Authenticator App
You can use any authenticator app or password manager that supports TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) codes. Popular options include:- Google Authenticator — Free mobile app for iOS and Android
- Microsoft Authenticator — Free mobile app with backup options
- Okta Verify — Enterprise-focused authenticator app
- 1Password — Password manager with built-in authenticator support
- Other TOTP-compatible apps — Any app that can scan QR codes and generate time-based codes
Step 3: Scan and Verify
- Open your chosen authenticator app
- Tap on the ”+” or “Add Account” button
- Scan the QR code displayed on your screen
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by your app to verify the setup
Once verified, your MFA is configured. You’ll use your authenticator app to generate a code each time you sign in with email and password.
