Getting Started

You’ll need Admin access to your Dust workspace to add the Minoa integration.

Step 1: Add the MCP Server

  1. In Dust, navigate to Spaces > Tools in the sidebar
  2. Click + Add Tools
  3. Select MCP Server from the available options
  4. Enter the Minoa MCP server URL (reach out to [email protected] for the URL)
  5. Leave Authentication set to Automatic — Dust will detect OAuth automatically
The URL will look something like https://mcp.minoa.io/api/mcp

Step 2: Choose Authentication Mode

After entering the URL, you’ll be asked how you want to connect:
ModeDescriptionBest For
Personal accountsEach team member logs in with their own Minoa credentialsMost teams — provides audit trails and respects individual permissions
Shared accountAll agents use a single set of credentials you provideService accounts or workspace-wide bots
We recommend Personal accounts for most use cases. This ensures every action your Dust agents take is logged under the right user, and agents can only access data that user is allowed to see.

Step 3: Authorize Access

  1. After adding the server, click Connect
  2. You’ll be redirected to Minoa to sign in
  3. Review the permissions and click Authorize
  4. You’ll be redirected back to Dust
Once authorized, the Minoa tools will appear in your workspace’s Tools list.

Step 4: Add Minoa Tools to Your Agent

Now you can add Minoa capabilities to any Dust agent:
  1. Open the agent you want to enhance (or create a new one)
  2. Go to the Tools & Knowledge section
  3. Find Minoa in the available tools and enable it
  4. Save your agent
Your Dust agent can now access your Minoa data!

Try It Out

Open a conversation with your Minoa-enabled agent and ask:
“What business cases do I have open right now?”
If the agent responds with your actual deals, you’re all set.
