Your buyer tells you where the value is on every call. Connect your call recorder and Minoa pulls those transcripts in, so a business case starts from what the customer actually said instead of your best guess.

You need admin rights in Minoa to connect a recorder, and only one recorder can be connected at a time. To switch providers, disconnect the current one first.

How calls become context

Once a recorder is connected, your calls are available in every business case.
1

Open or create a business case

Calls show up in the context panel for the account or deal.
2

Let Minoa match the calls

Minoa automatically links the right calls to each account and deal, so the context is already there. Add or remove a call whenever you want to fine-tune it.
3

Minoa builds it into your value graph

Minoa ingests the full transcripts and pulls out the signals that matter, the priorities, pains, metrics, and language your buyer used, then folds them into the value graph behind the account. That context feeds your business cases, calculations, and value messaging, so your numbers and narrative trace back to what the customer actually said.

Restrict call visibility

By default, everyone in your workspace can browse all synced calls. Admins can narrow this so people only see calls linked to the opportunity they’re viewing. Go to Settings → Integrations, click the connected recorder, and toggle Only show calls linked to opportunity.
This setting relies on your CRM linking calls to opportunities. Minoa uses that CRM association to decide which calls appear. If your CRM doesn’t link calls to deals reliably, calls won’t show for any opportunity while the setting is on. Confirm your CRM workflow before turning it on.

Check three things: the sync may still be running right after you connect, the calls may fall outside your 12-month cutoff, or Only show calls linked to opportunity is on but your CRM isn’t linking calls to deals. See Restrict call visibility.
