Overview

Connect Claude to your Minoa workspace and let AI help you sell. Once connected, you can ask Claude about your pipeline, find winning use cases, and build business cases, all in plain conversation.

What you can do

Once connected, just ask Claude what you need:

Connect Minoa

Minoa is listed in Anthropic’s Claude Connectors Directory. Open the listing, click Connect, then sign in to Minoa. The same listing serves Claude web, Claude Desktop, Claude mobile, Claude Code, and Cowork, so you only do this once per Claude account.

Opens the Minoa listing on claude.ai. Click Connect and sign in with your Minoa account.
Already added Minoa by URL? It keeps working, but Claude files it under Custom rather than showing the Minoa card. To switch, remove it first and then connect from the directory. Connecting from the directory without removing the old one leaves you with two Minoa connections.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner enables Minoa for everyone from Organization settings > Connectors. Each teammate then connects it and signs in with their own account. On a Team plan, a member who can’t enable connectors sees a Request button on the listing instead, which notifies the Owners.

Add manually

Prefer to enter the server yourself, or using a Claude surface that doesn’t show the directory? The Minoa server URL is https://mcp.minoa.io.

Claude Desktop

  1. Open Claude Desktop (download here if you haven’t)
  2. Go to Settings > Connectors
  3. Click Add
  4. Enter https://mcp.minoa.io
  5. Click Connect

Claude Web

The Minoa integration also works with Claude on the web at claude.ai.
Claude web integrations require a Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise subscription.
  1. Go to claude.ai and sign in
  2. Open Settings > Connectors
  3. Click Add and enter https://mcp.minoa.io
  4. Click Connect

Authorize access

After adding the server, Claude redirects you to Minoa to sign in. Once you’re logged in, an authorization screen appears. Click Authorize to grant Claude access to your Minoa data. You’ll land back in Claude with “Minoa” listed under your connected servers.
Why do I sign in with my own account?Minoa authorizes each person individually instead of using a shared service account. Claude inherits your role, so it can read and change exactly what you can in the web app and nothing else, and every action it takes is logged under your name. See Permissions and governance.
Can a seller change our value framework through Claude? No. Claude runs on the same permissions as the web app, so editing the value framework and its math stays admin-only. Even for admins, changes stage in a private draft that needs explicit approval before publishing.

Open a new conversation and ask:

If Claude comes back with your actual deals, you’re set.

When you ask Claude to create a business case, it will:
  1. Find or create the account in Minoa
  2. Analyze which use cases win in similar deals
  3. Add the best-fit use cases automatically
  4. Generate an AI value hypothesis
  5. Give you a link to the new business case

Manage access

To revoke Claude’s access to your Minoa data: Claude Desktop: go to Settings > Connectors, find Minoa, and click Remove. Claude Web: go to Settings > Connectors, find Minoa, and disconnect. Claude can use every capability the Minoa MCP server offers, from reading business cases and pipeline analytics through to building calculations and exporting slides.
