Connect Chorus and Minoa pulls your call transcripts into every business case. Chorus authenticates with an API key you generate in Chorus and paste into Minoa.
You need admin rights in Minoa to connect, and Minoa connects one recorder at a time. Disconnect any current recorder first.

Connect Chorus

Get your Chorus API key

In Chorus, go to Settings → Personal Settings → API Access and generate an API key.

Paste it into Minoa

In Minoa, go to Settings → Integrations, click Chorus, and paste your API key.

Confirm the sync

Save to start the sync. Your recent calls show up in the context panel of your accounts and deals within a few minutes.
Next, select calls in a business case.

Frequently asked questions

Regenerate the key in Chorus under Settings → Personal Settings → API Access, make sure you copied the whole value, and confirm the key is still active. Then paste it into Minoa again.
