Overview

Integrate Langdock with your Minoa workspace to give your AI agents and chats direct, real-time access to your sales data. Once enabled, Langdock automatically discovers all available Minoa tools — enabling agents to answer detailed questions about your pipeline, analyze use case effectiveness, and even help create business cases through natural conversation.

What Can Langdock Agents Do?

After integrating, your Langdock agents are able to perform tasks such as:

Getting Started

To connect Minoa to Langdock:
  1. In Langdock, add a new MCP integration using https://mcp.minoa.io as the server URL and select OAuth as the authentication method.
  2. Follow the sign-in flow to authorize with your personal Minoa credentials.
Why personal sign-in?Each user connects with their own credentials, not a shared account.
  • Audit trail: Every agent action is tied to your user for complete traceability.
  • Permissions: Agents inherit your Minoa role — they can read and change exactly what you can in the web app, and nothing else.
  • Accountability: All actions are attributed to a real user—not an anonymous service account.
Minoa enforces the same permissions over MCP as it does in the web app, so editing the value framework and its math stays admin-only. See Permissions and Governance.

Try Langdock with Minoa

After integration, simply ask a Langdock agent:
“What business cases do I have open right now?”
If your agent responds with real deal data, your integration is working!

Available Data

Langdock agents can access these Minoa resources:

Security

  • All actions and requests are authenticated via OAuth per user.
  • Authorization is directly tied to your personal Minoa account and workspace permissions — agents get your role, and admin-only actions such as value framework edits are refused for everyone else (details).
  • Access can be revoked at any time from either Langdock or Minoa.

Troubleshooting & Support

If you run into issues, try removing and re-adding your Minoa server in Langdock. For troubleshooting or any other questions, email support@minoa.io.
