What this feature is used for

The integration allows users to seamlessly connect call recording software to Minoa for call analytics and insights. This feature can be leveraged to generate value messages directly from a call transcript using Minoa AI. Supported Call Recording Software
  • Gong
  • Chorus
  • Attention
  • Fathom
  • Zoom
  • Momentum

Setup process

Note: Users must have administrator privileges to complete the authentication flow successfully. Only one call recording software can be connected at a time. To connect your call recording software, log into your Minoa account and navigate to the Settings page. From the Integration Settings, click on the respective software and follow the authentication flow.

How this feature works

Once the integration is configured, calls become accessible in every business case. When you create a new business case, select the relevant calls to add it to the context before using Minoa AI to magically generate a value summary. You can always use the star icon on the executive summary tab, to generate a new summary. Call transcripts allow you to easily include relevant insights into customer priorities, value drivers, and expected outcomes into your value messaging. For best results, select one or multiple calls with a customer until the status indicator on the bottom left turns green.

Admin setting: restrict calls to linked opportunities

Administrators can limit call visibility so users only see calls linked to the opportunity they are currently viewing. This is useful for enforcing that sellers only browse calls relevant to their specific deal.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Integrations, click the connected call recorder (Gong, Chorus, Zoom, etc.), and toggle Only show calls linked to opportunity.

Prerequisite: CRM-linked calls

This setting relies on calls being linked to opportunities through your CRM integration. Minoa uses the CRM association between a call and a deal/opportunity to decide whether the call should appear. If your CRM does not associate calls with deals correctly, calls will not appear for any opportunity while this setting is enabled. Before turning it on, confirm your CRM workflow reliably links calls to opportunities.
