When you open a business case, you’ll see the Deal Context drawer pop open on the left side. Think of this like the opportunity-specific memory for Minoa AI. The more detail you can provide the better the generated summaries and more accurate the use case suggestions. There are Four major elements of the context drawer:

1. Context Quality

This three-bar meter indicates how much context Minoa AI has to draw on. Generally adding the transcript from one call should be enough to max out the context, but the more detail you can provide the better your outputs will be. While the account overview has a lot of content, it’s often not as specific as the transcript of a call. If you don’t use a call recorder the Additional context field is a great place to add Salesforce Notes or any information you have about the prospect’s priorities, pain-points, and current state.

2. Account Overview

We have been working to train several agentic tools that search and summarize the web. The account overview triggers automatically when you create a business case. The agent takes the name and URL of the account then executes on a flexible research plan. When you click “View More” you’ll see:
  • Financial Information about the business
  • Location of their headquarters
  • A high-level overview of the business
  • How the business makes money
  • Recent News about the business
  • Strategic initiatives that have been made publicly available
You can send the Minoa agent out to research additional questions you might have about the business. Scroll to the bottom of the account overview and click “Add Section”. Good examples of research questions are:
  • What job openings does the company have in a specific department?
  • What AI Features has the company introduced?
  • How is this company rated by current customers?
The AI generated account overview cannot be regenerated at this point in time.

3. Call Transcripts

We currently integrate with the following call recorders:
  • Gong
  • Momentum
  • Clari
  • Fathom
Once the integration has been set up in the system settings, you’ll have access to the calls associated with this account. You can click “View All” to get a preview of each call (date, participants, name of the event). By clicking on a call you are adding it to the business case context.

4. Additional Context

This is just a text area that you can populate with any additional notes you might have taken while preparing for the deal. Text you enter here gets saved automatically and will persist if you close the business case. More updates to come soon to this section!

Understanding Context Quality

The best business cases aren’t generic—they’re grounded in what you’ve learned about this specific buyer. Deal context captures the insights, pain points, and strategic priorities that make your value story resonate. Context quality measures how well you understand your buyer’s situation. High-quality context leads to more accurate value estimates and more compelling business cases that speak directly to the buyer’s needs.
Context quality is scored based on the completeness and specificity of information you’ve captured about the deal.
