At any point after creating your business case you can add collaborators. By inviting a champion to edit the document you’ll build trust and ensure they always have useful collateral for pitching internally. But eventually, you’ll want to share your work with other stakeholders who haven’t been along for the ride. This might be a manager or an executive buyer brought in to review the financial impact of a purchase. Presentation mode turns your business case into a deck that a viewer can navigate with the arrow keys on their keyboard. This linear reading flow focusses the viewer by highlighting just one topic at a time. If you send a link from the Share modal or by copying the URL—rather than entering an email into the invite field—the recipient will be automatically taken to the presentation view. A visitor will first be prompted to enter their email before gaining access to the content of the deck. 2 x 2.png The title slide in presentation mode uses the name of your business case. At the top you’ll see the logo of your prospect (if available) Graphic - Presentation Mode.png Your teammates and anyone with Edit access to the business case will also see a button in the top right allowing them to switch to the editing view of a business case. This won’t be visible for anyone who simply receives a link to the document. 2 x 6.png The hamburger menu in the top right reveals an outline of the business case with jump links to each slide. This can be helpful on a call if you get a question about a previous topic and don’t want to skip back through all of the other slides.
