Company Context makes it easy to give your AI the right foundation. Upload your key sales enablement materials directly into your Value Framework, and every AI suggestion will reflect your company’s language, messaging, and positioning—even without deal-specific context.
Think of Company Context as giving your AI a crash course in how your company sells. Once uploaded, these materials inform every business case, use case suggestion, and AI-generated insight.

What Company Context Does

When you upload company-specific materials to your Value Framework, they’re added to your Value Knowledge Graph—the intelligence layer that powers AI suggestions across Minoa. This means:
  • Richer use case suggestions that align with your messaging
  • More accurate input recommendations based on your typical deal patterns
  • Better AI-generated content that sounds like your team wrote it
  • Consistent language and positioning across all business cases
All without requiring extra manual input on every deal.
Company Context files are private to your workspace. External visitors viewing shared business cases will never see these materials.

Uploading Company Context

Navigate to Company Context

Go to SettingsValue FrameworkCompany Context tab. This feature is available to workspace admins.

Upload your materials

Click “Upload Files” and select your sales enablement documents. You can upload multiple files at once.Supported formats include PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and common image formats.

Organize and label (optional)

Add descriptive names or tags to help you manage your uploaded materials. This makes it easier to update or remove specific files later.

Wait for processing

Minoa processes your uploaded materials and adds them to your Value Knowledge Graph. This typically takes a few minutes depending on the number and size of files.
Once processing completes, your Company Context is active and informing AI suggestions across all business cases.

How Company Context Improves AI Output

Before Company Context

Without company-specific materials, AI suggestions are based only on:
  • Your Value Framework (use cases, inputs, tags)
  • Individual deal context (call notes, discovery insights)
  • General sales best practices

After Company Context

With your sales materials uploaded, AI suggestions incorporate:

Managing Your Uploaded Materials

Viewing Uploaded Files

Access the Company Context tab to see all materials currently in your Value Knowledge Graph. Each file shows:
  • File name and type
  • Upload date
  • Processing status
  • File size

Updating Materials

As your messaging evolves or new materials become available, you can refresh your Company Context:
  1. Upload new versions of existing files
  2. Remove outdated materials
  3. Add new enablement content as it’s created
We recommend reviewing your Company Context quarterly to ensure it reflects your current positioning and messaging.

Removing Files

To remove a file from Company Context, select it and click “Delete”. The material will no longer inform AI suggestions, though existing business cases won’t be affected.
Removing materials doesn’t retroactively change content already generated in your business cases. It only affects future AI suggestions.

Privacy and Security

Who Can Access Company Context

  • Workspace admins can upload, view, and manage Company Context materials
  • Team members benefit from improved AI suggestions but cannot view the source files
  • External visitors never see Company Context materials, even when viewing shared business cases

Data Handling

Your uploaded materials are:
  • Stored securely within your workspace
  • Used only to improve AI suggestions for your team
  • Never shared with other Minoa workspaces
  • Never visible in customer-facing business cases
Company Context remains private to your organization. Only AI-generated insights appear in business cases.

Best Practices

Upload your primary sales deck and top 2-3 battlecards first. See the impact before adding more materials.
Set a quarterly reminder to review and update Company Context as your positioning evolves or new competitors emerge.
Upload persona-specific content so AI suggestions adapt to who you’re selling to in each deal.
Battlecards help AI generate more effective positioning and differentiation in business cases.
Include executive-level messaging and technical specifications. Different deals need different levels of detail.
Don’t let old positioning or discontinued products confuse the AI. Keep your Context current.

Most files process within 2-5 minutes. Larger files or batches may take up to 15 minutes. You’ll receive a notification when processing completes.
