Managing Your Uploaded Materials
Viewing Uploaded Files
Access the Company Context tab to see all materials currently in your Value Knowledge Graph. Each file shows:- File name and type
- Upload date
- Processing status
- File size
Updating Materials
As your messaging evolves or new materials become available, you can refresh your Company Context:- Upload new versions of existing files
- Remove outdated materials
- Add new enablement content as it’s created
Removing Files
To remove a file from Company Context, select it and click “Delete”. The material will no longer inform AI suggestions, though existing business cases won’t be affected.Privacy and Security
Who Can Access Company Context
- Workspace admins can upload, view, and manage Company Context materials
- Team members benefit from improved AI suggestions but cannot view the source files
- External visitors never see Company Context materials, even when viewing shared business cases
