Use business case settings to customize how your business case displays and connects to your CRM. You can change the language, adjust the currency, and link unlinked business cases to Salesforce opportunities. Settings Icon Pn

Changing the language

You can change the language of your business case to match your buyer’s preferred language. This ensures that all generated content, labels, and messaging appear in the selected language. To change the language:
  1. Open your business case
  2. Navigate to the settings menu
  3. Select your preferred language from the available options
The business case will update to display all content in the selected language.
Language changes apply to the entire business case, including generated value messaging and slide exports.

Managing currency

Business cases can display values in different currencies to match your buyer’s location and preferences. You can set a specific currency for each business case. To change the currency:
  1. Open your business case
  2. Navigate to the settings menu
  3. Select your preferred currency from the available options (USD, EUR, or GBP)
All monetary values in the business case will update to reflect the selected currency. For more information about currency management across your organization, see Managing Multiple Currencies.

Connecting to Salesforce opportunities

If you created a business case that isn’t linked to a Salesforce opportunity, you can connect it later through the settings menu. This allows you to sync business case data with your CRM and maintain accurate forecasting. To connect an unlinked business case:
  1. Open your business case
  2. Navigate to the settings menu
  3. Select “Connect to Salesforce”
  4. Search for and select the opportunity you want to link
  5. Confirm the connection
Once connected, the business case will sync with the selected Salesforce opportunity, and you’ll be able to view the business case directly from the opportunity record in Salesforce.

Updating the account URL

You can update the account URL associated with your business case if the company’s website changes or if the initial URL was incorrect. To update the account URL:
  1. Open your business case
  2. Navigate to the settings menu
  3. Locate the account URL field
  4. Enter the new URL
The updated URL will be reflected in the business case and any associated account records.

Updating the spelling of the company name

If the company name was entered incorrectly or needs to be updated to match the official spelling, you can change it in the business case settings. To update the company name:
  1. Open your business case
  2. Navigate to the settings menu
  3. Locate the company name field
  4. Update the spelling or formatting
The corrected company name will appear throughout the business case, including in generated content and exports.

Removing the business case checklist

If you no longer need the business case checklist or want to remove it from view, you can disable it in the settings. To remove the business case checklist:
  1. Open your business case
  2. Navigate to the settings menu
  3. Locate the checklist option
  4. Toggle off or select “Remove checklist”
The checklist will be hidden from the business case view. You can re-enable it at any time by following the same steps.
