1. What this feature is used for

The enhanced slide export feature in Minoa empowers users to effortlessly create stunning presentations tailored to their needs. Whether you’re crafting the business case with your champion, delivering the final pitch to executive decision-makers, or sharing an opportunity summary with your team, this feature streamlines the process of translating data and insights from Minoa into visually compelling slides. You can confidently showcase your ideas and captivate your audience with professional-grade presentations. When should I export vs share a business case? Sharing a business case is the most interactive way of showcasing the value of your solution to your champion, and to collaborate with them on the details. You can add as many collaborators to a business case as you want! Exporting can support to reach stakeholders you are not directly in touch with, or that are only willing to consume slides rather than an interactive business case on a web page.

2. How this feature works

Minoa’s slide export feature turns a business case into a ready-to-share slide deck within seconds. Simply create your business case in Minoa and collaborate on it with your champion and colleagues. Need some slides? No problem, just click ‘Export’ to get a slide deck with the current business case. No matter if your organization runs on PowerPoint, Google Slides, or you prefer to share a PDF - we got you covered! The export functionality prioritizes speed, customizability, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that you can effortlessly create a presentation whenever needed. We also recommend you set the sharing settings on the business case to ‘Anyone with the link can comment’ to allow your champion to view the live business case in Minoa after reading through the slide deck! What if I want to change what gets exported? The export automatically exports the entire business case with the executive summary, a value summary, all use cases, an offer, and a timeline. If you want to remove or add some slides, you can first export to Google Slides, and edit the deck there, before sharing or exporting as PDF or PowerPoint from Google Slides directly. Can I change the styling? As of now, the styling is pre-configured by Minoa. You can change the styling after the export in Google Slides or PowerPoint before using the file. We’re exploring how the pre-configured styling can be adjusted before the export. When I share the slide deck with someone, can they access the live business case on Minoa? Access to the live business case on Minoa is controlled in the sharing settings. The slides contains a link to the live business case in multiple places, but only allows the same access as anyone with the link can have.

3. How to use this feature

Using the slide export feature in Minoa is a breeze. You can export your Minoa business case at any point by clicking on the export button on the top right and selecting your desired output format (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or PDF). The business case will include the executive summary, a deep dive into the selected use cases including their quantified benefit, as well as the offer (if defined). You can easily remove any unnecessary content by editing the slide deck! Note: The export can take up to 30 seconds, depending on the amount of content in your business case.
