Generative value messaging (GVM) is the use of large language models (LLMs) to create compelling value narratives for enterprise sales deals.

Using Large Language Models

Leveraging the power of LLMs to analyze large amounts of data, including call recordings, sales documents and product data, Minoa AI helps you quickly identify the key value points that are most relevant to your customer.

Introducing Minoa AI

Minoa AI combines the power of Large Language Models with best-in-class value frameworks based on Gartner research and templates used by leading enterprise sales orgs. It analyzes the data you provide to draft a value narrative that includes:
  • Priorities: what’s relevant to your customer?
  • Business Challenges: what is your customer struggling with?
  • Future State: how would your customer’s life change with your product?

Accessing Minoa AI

To access Minoa AI, open a business case and click the Atom icon on the left side of the screen. This will open the context menu. Context means details about the deal in the form of call transcripts, AI research, and Additional Notes. You’ll see that the context meter fills up as you add details to the business case. If you don’t see the summary suggestions pop-up on the executive summary tab, you can always click the green sparkle in the top left of the slide to trigger the templates. Each of these templates has been built to take context and synthesize it into a succinct but detailed summary of the deal. You can try out all three and edit them as you please in the generation box, just remember to click Save Summary when you’re happy with the result.
